because:

1. What you see is the source for Linux of GnuGK. You have to compile it by 
yourself and to choose what to have inside like a feature - LDAP, SQL, 
Radius.

2. You have a lack of basic knowledge to slip into the VoIP market. I do not 
want to insult you, it is just a fact.
