Hi,

 

I am trying to use the VirtualQueue function for a Call Center application.

 

[CTI::Agents]

VirtualQueue=QUEUE

CTI_Timeout=100

 

This is the message I expect to receive on the status port:

RouteRequest|VirtualQueue|CallerEndId|CallRef|CallerAlias|SrcInfo;

 

My problem is that I am not able to associate the H323 ID “QUEUE” with an E.164 number (in this case 123) ?

 

I have tried the following:

[RasSrv::GWPrefixes]

QUEUE=123

 

But I get the error message:

 

"ARJ|217.13.21.11:1720|123:dialedDigits|SVG1:h323_ID|false|calledPartyNotReg

istered;"

 

I have also tried:

[RasSrv::PermanentEndpoints]

IP (of queue) =queue;123

 

But it seems that the calls goes to a dead end (no RouteRequest).

 

Anyone that have any idea what going wrong ?
