Hemant, My config file is very simple since I am testing. I also know that gateway routing works in the same way as it does for you. Every time I dial a number with prefix '0', the GK will route calls to the gateway "SVG1" which is connected to the PSTN. Ref my gnugk.ini file: [Gatekeeper::Main] Fourtytwo=42 StatusPort=7000 [GkStatus::Auth] rule=allow [RoutedMode] GKRouted=1 H245Routed=1 [CTI::Agents] VirtualQueue=QUEUE CTI_Timeout=100 [RasSrv::GWPrefixes] SVG1=0 QUEUE=123 My problem however is the fact that "QUEUE" which is a virtual "endpoint" is never found. Therefore I always get this log: GCF|217.13.21.4|IPtele:h323_ID=0:dialedDigits=51474015:dialedDigits|terminal ; RCF|217.13.21.4:1720|IPtele:h323_ID=0:dialedDigits=51474015:dialedDigits|ter minal|9406_endp; ACF|217.13.21.4:1720|9406_endp|10975|0123:dialedDigits|IPtele:h323_ID=0:dial edDigits=51474015:dialedDigits|false; I hope this gives you some ideas. However, do you have an application already for Call center ACD that works ? What I have told you is: The Queue you are using, IF you can't register with gnugk then make it an endpoint and then GK will route all the number starting from 123 to the Queue. I use the same config in my GW's, and I am running almost 14 GW's. It seems that calls are routed to the endpoint, But there is no evidence that the defined "queue" is assoiated with the endpoint. There is no "RouteRequest" sent out on the status port. Any suggestions ?
