Runtime.exec() race condition...

I just committed a patch to libgcj that fixes a race condition that 
could allow file descriptors to leak to sub-processes:

I don't have the time to port the fix to the default classpath VM 
implementation, but would encourage any interested classpath hackers to 
do so.
