it is gnome-tweak-tools

I get a "Befehl nicht gefunden" ("command not found") message, when I
try to start gnome-tweak-tool this way. But i can start it with "gnome-
tweak-tool" in the activites overview.
I get the suspicion that my 18.04 LTS system is outdated.
