Thanks Michael, by 'downstream' you mean as a Ubuntu bug or on the Ubuntu list? I posted the same thing to the Ubuntu list last night however there have been no replies as of yet. The screenshot shows what I get when clicking the +. There appears an area to enter something but it doesn't work.
