[ To any NSA and FBI agents reading my email: please consider [ whether defending the US Constitution against all enemies, [ foreign or domestic, requires you to follow Snowden's example. Wayland is for the Linux kernel, not GNU/Linux. The text in https://help.gnome.org/misc/release-notes/3.10/ says "on Linux". The word "on" is used in this way to refer to a platform, not just a kernel. Thus, most readers will not understand this the way you intend. They will think you're talking about the GNU/Linux system, which they don't distinguish clearly from Linux. To make sure everyone understands it as you meant it, please change it to "with the kernel, Linux". That will make the intended meaning fully clear and no one will misunderstand. Would you please ack? -- Dr Richard Stallman President, Free Software Foundation 51 Franklin St Boston MA 02110 USA www.fsf.org www.gnu.org Skype: No way! That's nonfree (freedom-denying) software.
