I'm using GNOME 3 on openSUSE 12.1 [soon to be 3.6 on 12.2! Yay!] It is fast, darn near feature-complete, easy to use / intuitive, and keeps me away from the mouse. It is a fantastically productive desktop environment. Thank you GNOME developers.
