Oops, I lied!

I had not copied the .local folder from my user folder to the new user folder.
I did so, chowned it as owned by the new user, logged out and logged back in
again as the new user and the new user did not have metacity!

Now I'm getting somewhere. Something in my .local folder is where the problem
lies. Here is the .local folder listing ("(0)" means the file is zero bytes):
