Howto stop zoom factor affecting window size in gnome-terminal

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

I frequently change text zoom factor in gnome-terminal but am annoyed that
the window size follows the zoom factor so the same number of characters are
shown whatever the zoom factor is. To avoid this I switch to full-screen but
is there a way to get the behavior I want in a non-full-screen window? (I.e.
zoom factor changes the number of displayed characters)

(GNOME 2.22.3, Ubuntu Hardy Heron)
