We can't tell you anything given this little information. If you want usto help you, please be *way* more verbose and provide the informationasked for.
The only thing I can tell you for sure is, that CSV files indeed do worklike a table or spread sheet, if  (a) the application actually knows howto handle CSV format,  (b) the file actually is a valid CSV file and(c) optional parameters like the delimiter has been set correctly onloading or importing the CSV file.
