You can also use Foresight Linux, http://www.foresightlinux.com/ which has the latest goodies from GNOME. But why Forsight? They provide a VMPlayer Virtual Machine image, so you simply download it and run it with VMPlayer, http://www.vmware.com/products/player/ on your Fedora Core 4. This image has the distribution already installed and ready to use.
