Scenario: I "Log out" from a session with >12 open windows. One of them needs to ask me about saving a file; its icon at the bottom of the screen begins to flash. I click that icon, nothing happens. Nothing happens in response to most other user interface items either: typing, clicking close boxes, etc. Finally someone moves windows out of the way, revealing the "Save this file?" box, and I answer it, thus removing the blockage, and the logout completes. Is this not a user interface bug? The icon blinks but I can't click it to go see why?
