Open Nautilus. Enable View / Sidepane. On top of the Sidepane is a
dropdown menu, select Emblems there. Scroll down to your custom emblem.
Right click, Remove.

Dunno, if there is any easier way. Despite the fact I do use emblems and
even got 2 custom emblems [1], I really rarely only add one and even
less often, remove one. ;-)

Caveat: Currently using a 2.12 desktop. Anyway, IIRC it was the same for
2.10. HTH
