If you want to change it to a 2 finger sequence, open up the Keyboard
Shortcuts desktop preferences.  Under 'Window Management' you'll find
settings for "Switch to workspace on the left", "... on the right",
"... above this one", and "... below this one".  Just click the row
then hit the new shortcut you want.
