evolution calender gnome-pilot conduit

I am not quite certain who the maintainer for these are, but I will
start here and anyone can feel free to redirect me.

When you sync Office XP with a palmOS, it puts the "time type" on the
end of the event title as: "<<Free>>" or "<<Busy>>"
When I sync my palm with my Evolution calender (using gpilotd) this
gets transported over into the Summary field and ALL sync'ed events
are created with "Shame Time As" set to Busy.
Can we have the Calender conduit parse the Event name/title/summary
for the /<<(Free|Busy)>>$/ and use it to set the "Time As" when it
creates or updates an event?
