Before my recent system crash and subsequent reinstall, I had installed an application called Rhythmbox. It worked well with a 2500-song collection and did everything I wanted. I just reinstalled it on my freshly-installed system using synaptic Now, I get an error when trying to run it: ===== dhenson@linux:~> rhythmbox INFO (29822: 0) Initializing GStreamer Core Library version 0.6.2 INFO (29822: 0) CPU features: (00000000) MMX SSE INFO (29822: 0) registry: loaded global_registry in 0.197131 seconds (/var/opt/gnome/cache/gstreamer-0.6/registry.xml) (rhythmbox:29822): Rhythmbox-CRITICAL **: /apps/rhythmbox/state/play_order gconf key not found! (rhythmbox:29822): Rhythmbox-WARNING **: Unknown value "" in GConf key "/apps/rhythmbox/state/play_order". Using linear play order. dhenson@linux:~> ==== Can anyone give me a clue as to what is wrong here? Thanks for any help.
