No, it's just a bug; if you think about it a "fix this bug" checkbox would be somewhat strange. ;-) You may want to confirm it's fixed in GNOME 2.4, and be sure it's on bugzilla.gnome.org otherwise. Note that saving window states only works for session aware applications in any case. Havoc
