lock recovery / failover timeout

Hello,

If a client node dies which holds a lock on a file, other clients will not be able to acquire the lock till about 30 sec later.  Is there a way to decrease this "lock recovery" time ?

I have played around with the following settings, but could not make it any different:

network.ping-timeout
features.lock-heal
features.grace-timeout
client.keepalive-count
client.keepalive-interval
client.keepalive-time
client.tcp-user-timeout

i am using version 3.13 which is bundled with Ubuntu 18.04

Any help/pointers really appreciated.
