I'd honestly rather not have a "LATEST" at all if people are artificially restricted to not being able to install the LATEST version based on the keys. As a real example, the Dockerfile I wrote for https://github.com/gluster/gluster-prometheus/pull/163/files is harder to maintain now due to the new time-based released cycle combined with the lack of a LATEST installation path.
