normally you should be able to edit the config file /etc/ssh/sshd_config
However, at the page https://serverfault.com/questions/826893/how-to-temporarily-run-a-secondary-ssh-server-on-a-separate-port I can see a one-time run solution as /usr/sbin/sshd -D -p 22200
