From [1] it does look this list has been deprecated and you would need to use freeipa-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. You should be able to post on that list.

I suspect this might have something to do which DMARC, but where, which end? Can someone check with freeipa-users admins/owners?
