install Gluster 3.9 on CentOS

Hi,

I am not seeing 3.9 in the Storage SIG for CentOS 6 or 7

http://mirror.centos.org/centos/7.2.1511/storage/x86_64/

http://mirror.centos.org/centos/6.8/storage/x86_64/

However, i do see it here: http://buildlogs.centos.org/centos/7/storage/x86_64/

Is that expected? did the Storage SIG repo change locations?
