Bricks show much space, mount shows little...

All,

I am a little confused here…
I have a 7.2 terabyte mirrored gluster implementation. The backing filesystem is zfs.

This is what I am seeing:

node45: Filesystem       Size  Used Avail Use% Mounted on

node45: /dev/sdb1        190M   33M  148M  19% /boot

node45: /dev/sdb3        854G   12G  798G   2% /

node45: node45:/RDATA  6.2T  6.1T  193G  97% /RDATA

node45: tmpfs            127G   64K  127G   1% /dev/shm

node45: zpool1           7.2T  1.3T  6.0T  17% /zpool1

node46: Filesystem       Size  Used Avail Use% Mounted on

node46: /dev/sda1        190M   33M  148M  18% /boot

node46: /dev/sda3        854G   11G  800G   2% /

node46: node43:/RDATA  6.2T  6.1T  193G  97% /RDATA

node46: tmpfs            127G     0  127G   0% /dev/shm

node46: zpool1           7.2T  1.3T  6.0T  18% /zpool1

I do not understand that my zpools are only 18% full but the gluster mounted view of that same data is 97% full…

Any ideas what is going on here?

Brian Andrus
