Maybe I can find a couple hours to come up with a quick fix if nobody else gets to it first. liburcu-0.6.x does ship pkg-config files, but debian forgot to package the pkg-config files. Because of this, I'd assumed that 0.6 doesn't have pkg-config support and didn't bother testing with 0.6 when the urcu support was added to gluster.
