Cache Settings

If the following are set (for VM images)

performance.io-cache: off
performance.read-ahead: off
performance.quick-read: off
performance.stat-prefetch: off
performance.strict-write-ordering: on
performance.write-behind: on

Is there any point in setting:

performance.cache-size: 128MB
performance.write-behind-window-size: 128MB
