change your /etc/ganesha/ganesha-ha.conf file:

HA_NAME="ganesha-ha-360"
HA_VOL_SERVER="glstr01.carcano.local"
HA_CLUSTER_NODES="glstr01.carcano.local,glstr02.carcano.local"
VIP_glstr01.carcano.local="192.168.65.250"
VIP_glstr02.carcano.local="192.168.65.251"

I'd change the HA_NAME to something else too, but as long as you don't
set up another cluster on the same network you should be fine.
