glusterfs 3.7.5 compile error

on machine 1:

#./configure  --disable-tiering

building glupy with -isystem /usr/include/python2.6 -l python2.6
checking for URCU... configure: error: Package requirements (liburcu-bp) were not met:

No package 'liburcu-bp' found

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables URCU_CFLAGS
and URCU_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
See the pkg-config man page for more details.


#root@debian:~/glusterfs-3.7.5# ldconfig -v | grep  liburcu
        liburcu-signal.so.0 -> liburcu-signal.so.0.0.0

on machine 1,why cannot find liburcu-bp  ?
