Rebuild VM which host glusterserver

Hi,

We are running Glusterfs server on two VM and third VM acts as quorum. In order to do SW upgrade VM we need to rebuild VM and sometime we have seen some brick don't start.
What is the strategy to rebuild VM which host gluster server.

We are using glusterfs 3.6.2
