Hi All, I am note the alone guy having problem with the addition of a node to an existing distributed stripped or replicated volume. And I never read a real solution. My configuration is the following :
Changing the 'stripe count' of the volume is not a supported feature. In some cases it may result in data loss on the volume. Also there may be issues with regular filesystem operations on the volume after the change. Do you really want to continue with 'stripe' count option ? (y/n) y volume add-brick: failed: Staging failed on boogy2. Error: Brick: boogy2:/mnt/gvHome/brick1 not available. Brick may be containing or be contained by an existing brick Staging failed on boogy3. Error: Brick: boogy3:/mnt/gvHome/brick1 not available.
