thanks for reply, i have 3.2.5 gluster version, so i will try to create a new replica 3 volume with existen replica 2 and then i will copy files from replica 2 to replica 3 new gluster volume.

What do you think about that? do you have better idea?
This is a production enviroment.

What version of GlusterFS are you using? The ability to change a
volumes replica count was introduced in version 3.3.
