Hi,

Is it possible to setup replication from one gluster volume to another?

The source volume can be treated as the Master volume and the
destination volume can be the Slave volume. The slave only has to
support ‘read-only’ operations and the master supports ‘read-write’.

The composition of the slave volume (# of bricks, etc.) is different
from the volume. The replication does not have to be in real-time –
would be nice if it did. Trying to explore geo-replication but anything
simpler would also work.

Geo-replication seems to fit very well for the use case that you describe.
