Hi all, We are pleased to announce the release of gluster-nagios project to enable monitoring gluster deployment using Nagios on http://download.gluster.org/pub/gluster/glusterfs-nagios/. This release has the following features - * Monitoring physical resources on the gluster nodes - CPU, Memory, Network and Disk Utilization * Monitor gluster brick and process (SMB/ NFS/ CTDB) * Monitor volume capacity utilization * Monitor volume geo-replication, self-heal and quota services For instructions on enabling monitoring refer http://www.ovirt.org/Features/Nagios_Integration#HOW_TO For configuring email notifications and editing your configuration, refer to nagios docs (http://nagios.sourceforge.net/docs/3_0/toc.html) Source code for the project is hosted at review.gluster.org under * gluster-nagios-commons * gluster-nagios-addons * nagios-server-addons Feedback is welcome, as always! thanks, gluster-nagios team |
