I have this files:

[root@localhost etc]# find / -name libssl*

/usr/lib64/libssl3.so

/usr/lib64/libssl.so.10

/usr/lib64/libssl.so.1.0.0

Any advise will be very appreciated.

What about libssl.so? Try `yum clean all` first then install gluster.
