The package you pointed out contains libraries only, no glusterd service (/usr/sbin/glusterd).

Gluster wasn't included in CentOS 6.4, but it has been included in the CentOS 6.5 base:

There is no server package in the Base repo.
Client packages with rhs in the version are best used with server packages that have rhs in the version. The server packages are not part of RHEL/CentOS. If you are looking to upgrade from 3.3.1, it would be better to use 3.4.1 from gluster.org.
