That will take the best of both worlds: vagrant for setting up machines and puppet for transparently configuring them. I'm happy to help hack on this front. I have a new puppet-gluster class coming up which is a one line "include gluster::simple" It's actually ready, but I am adding a few extra features first. Cheers
