Debian repositories only for amd64

No reason. The ubuntu ppa has 32 bit builds:
https://launchpad.net/~semiosis/+archive/ubuntu-glusterfs-3.3 
<https://launchpad.net/%7Esemiosis/+archive/ubuntu-glusterfs-3.3>

If you want to run an rpm based distro, the fedora packages are even 
built for arm and armhfp:
http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/kkeithle/glusterfs/
