Mix two type of volume configuration in a single volume

Hi All,

I have a requirement where the files are a mix of small (1 - 40MB) and
large files (2 - 10GB).
I can separate them into two different sets of sub-directories.

But to optimize the storage, I was wondering whether I could have two
different types of storage techniques in a single volume.
i.e. I would like to use -

1. Distributed Replicated Volumes for small files
2. Striped Replicated Volumes for large files

Is there a way to do this?

Regards,
