ec2 elastic IPs

Hi Brian,

We have tried it before using elastic IP's and it works fine,but since
we moved to VPC, an internal IP is now dedicated to each server
so we are using those now instead.

As per Jeff's suggestion add the elastic IP to your host file e.g.
brick1 127.0.0.1  brick2 1.2.3.4 then on brick1 'peer probe brick2'.
Also make sure gluster ports are allowed on any firewall you have.
