Hi Larry,

The dynamic volume management (ie, add-brick, remove-brick, rebalance, 
etc...) came in from version 3.1.0 onwards.

With version 3.0.x branch, we had a script called 'scale-and-defrag.sh' 
to handle the rebalancing of data when more nodes gets added to the 
volume. I recommend you to test it for your needs before running on the 
production data.
