glusterfs3.3 gluster volume set help-xml error xml libraries not present issue

This means that the libxml2-devel package was not installed when Gluster
was built. Installing the libxml packages after installing Gluster doesn't
help.
You should rebuild Gluster with libxml2-devel package to solve the problem.
