glusterfs over rdma ... not.

This is a 'compliance' problem. Any volume access should adhere to one
standard way. Having it in multiple ways is causing confusion.

I would bet on having a command line option with -o transport=rdma it
would sound better and more explanatory in terms for sysadmins.
