Announcing Gluster v3.1 GA

Many thanks.

I have been testing today using 3 Xen VM's (Ubuntu Lucid 10.04 32-bit)
and after a few initial hiccups, things are slowly falling into place.

I will post my findings to the list later in the hope it will help others.
