Hello everyone, I'm looking for a possibility to check the availability of a glusterserver from the client. I want to know if the service works and if i can mount it without complications. (like rpcinfo for nfs) The server should run without nfs-exportation, thatswhy rpcinfo doesn't work because portmapper don't know glusterfs, also "showmount -e <IP>" works only with nfs. It seems the "gluster peer status" command just works on the server, not on client. How to do this? Hope you can help me.
