Replication between two separate clusters

We're also in the process of upgrading our bandwidth at the moment, so I
don't have a latency metric at the moment.  The end result would be minimum
10Mb Metro Ethernet (Level 3 TLS) on each side, with traffic passing over a
Juniper SSG IPsec VPN tunnel.
