Increase I/O performance in a Gluster server

Hi the list,

We have some config files for a glusterFS system. We attach at this email.

5 Gluster server on 1 physical server. Every Gluster server mount with
one Hard disk. We hope I/O performance (speed of read Data) with
increase.

Do you have any idea about this config? it is feasible?
