OK, I noticed when I mount brick1 or brick2 I cannot see the data, but when I mount brick3 or brick4 I can see the data. Any ideas why this is happening?

Do I need to run rebalance on each brick or just on one?

Subject: Problem after adding a new brick

Hi,

I added a brick to an existing 3 brick setup and after running a rebalance I can no longer see the data on the gluster share. The data is still there on the local disks though.

Any ideas why I cannot see the data through the gluster share?

My setup is glusterfs 3.1.1 on Centos 5.5 64bit. The client is connecting via NFS.

Regards,

John Lao
