The best and easies to start is to use the glusterfs-volgen like here: http://www.gluster.com/community/documentation/index.php/Storage_Server_Installation_and_Configuration#Configuring_GlusterFS This creates you two files. And then mount it with this command: mount -t glusterfs /etc/glusterfs/glusterfs.vol /mnt/glusterfs Greez Michael
