Also, the failover version of afr_readdir_cbk is buggy and
crashes when it is called after a failover inevitably

Do not fail over readdir in replicate.
If readdir fails on a subvolume, do not
fail-over to the next subvolume, since the
order of entries and offsets won't be same
on all subvolumes.
