question about re-export to NFS

Hi gurus,
      when I re-export a mount volume (mounted by glusterfs ) to  NFS.
      The error below coming :
*        mount: 172.16.208.19:/mnt/glusterfs failed, reason given by server:
Permission denied
*     And the item of  /etc/exports is
          /mnt/glusterfs             *(fsid=10,rw,no_root_squash)

     NOTE: the "/mnt/glusterfs"  is the directory should be exported.

     why ??
